May Long was simply not long enough

"Can we move here, to this very campsite?", asked both kids. It was pretty sweet.
Cutest kidlets were in heaven free ranging about the lake.
Cutest adults also in heaven while kids were free ranging about the lake!

Campfires were on at both sites morning and night.

 Buttercup love
A Camping Crasher of the best kind swooshed in for a couple of rides.

Wee Mac doesn't let up with his bed sharing manners. Even in the tent, he abandons his own bed for ours and squishes us to the edges.
Love the nights. This wee scene at the Jay Feather preceded a successful children's fire starting frenzy with steal, flint, and moss. They all outlasted me by hours.

The new tent is suppose to "pop" up. Wouldn't quite call it "popping" but do love the reflection in the cables. Is that new for tents? The North Face did not have it and it led to many late night trips.

Back at Nana's now, laundry done and showers taken...but the flat still smells like campfire!
