Two Howard gals and their sore throats made their way up Dumyat today after three weeks with very very little excercise. I don't think we broke any time records, but it sure was beautiful.

13th FINA World Champs, 2009, Rome, Italy
It's a tough job, but someone's gotta hit Rome to support team GB at the world champs. And why not bring your sister too!?Loads of swimming sessions, swimming dinners, swimming networking - but still time to enjoy Rome. The swimming, the sites, the food, the fashion, the sun (47 in the stands!)...a great trip.
