The Thistle and the Queen Meet the True North

It's official - wee Savvy is now Scottish-British AND Canadian.
Maple syrup pancakes with haggis and tea for everyone!

From Canada:
O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons (and daughters) command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!
From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

From Scotland:
O Flower of Scotland,
When will we see your like again
That fought and died for
Your wee bit hill and glen.
And stood against him,
Proud Edward's army,
And sent him homeward
Tae think again.

The hills are bare now,
And autumn leaves lie thick and still
O'er land that is lost now,
Which those so dearly held
That stood against him,
Proud Edward's army
And sent him homeward
Tae think again.

From Britain:
God save our gracious Queen!
Long live our noble Queen!
God save the Queen!
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us,
God save the Queen.

Sav on her scoot bike on one of the dry days we've had in the last 6 weeks...
