Happy Apple - at 8 Months

Savannah made it to 8 months and is still smiling (and standing).

Her achievements:

1. She "gets" sleeves -key in the mornings when in a rush

2. She can eat like a horse

3. She has two teeth just starting to poke through on the bottom

4. She can (when she chooses, which is rarely) sleep through the night

5. She can play "the ball game" with a wide variety of balls -
soccer, sponge, ping pong...back and forth it goes for hours

6. She is getting more dangerous in so many ways...she can launch off the couch, she thinks she can walk (but cannot), she can projectile poo and vomit, and she is getting more and more aware and able to manipulate the parental unit

7. She can shuffle about in her cot until she reaches her music toy and then she can pull the ring to create her own tunes

8. She can knock on her cot in the mornings for at least 20 minutes before starting to shout for a pick up. knock knock. pause. knock knock. pause.

9. She can throw her hardy hippo the length of the living room

10. She will almost always smile for the camera
