Two very wiggly ones are holding out so that she can keep up her Mater impersonation ["Cars" reference].
One is shooting out to the side so when she closes her mouth, the tooth actually hangs down on the outside of her bottom lip. The other has shifted toward the middle of her mouth and hangs on a creepy, creepy angle. One single tooth at the very front .... that's just not right!!!
Make it stop. Someone.
