Essert-Romand, France with MAD

What a wonderful stay in Essert-Romand, Les Alpes. Biking, endo-ing, hiking, beveraging, tartifletting and loads of catching up on Ecosse, Scottish Swimming, family stuff, and a fair amount of UBC therapy chat too.
Just wonderful.
