Rising Damp - We Curse You

We decided the tackle the rising damp in our flat the week before our tenant moves in. Considering they strip back the entire wall from one metre down throughout the whole flat before injecting a sealant, it's been a little bit stressful.  Plasterer comes in today, plumber monday morning and then we welcome our tenant that afternoon.  Decoration has to wait a good month so I can see a case of wine going his way.
