Mother's Day 2021
Lynnie's Birthday
A step up from eating at Chez Roberts last year, we made it to the patio at Il Terazzo for the fabulous Lynnie's Birthday. Delicious and fun, as always.
Soup, Surgery and Craziness
Last week was a crazy one. Dob recovered from a night of Coconut Cloud, then, while at the cabin, his appendix flared. Nana took him to Jubillee and he had it removed. All the while, we got to meet our newest clan member (WOOT!), and a dear friend was going through treatment (Bugger).
Neighbours made delicious soup and cookies and we took in the nourishment between activities.

I don't know why the jerk won't smile. Well, I do. It's because he has to be on leash until the end of June...

A note for the history books....
....to remark on the hilarious adventures I have with our friend Emily and these two beasts. Honestly, every walk is a complete clown show with a guaranteed moment or three where we have to stop and crouch down with legs crossed so we don't pee our pants from laughing so hard.
If some of the shenanigans were captured on film, we'd be minted movie-stars-gone-viral. 100%.
Old bag, new tricks
Savvy is starting to wear my old stuff. Shoes, jackets, and this old classic shoulder bag from almost 20 years ago. She saw a similar one she loved on "Veronica Mars" which we enjoyed watching together this Winter, and I was all, "I have that almost exact bag somewhere in the back of my closet!!!".
Win win.
