We have been in the q to adopt for a couple years. And that is after 2 years of education and paperwork to get approved. 

We are pumped!

Mac Turns 10

If you are going to have a birthday during Covid... and we ALL are, aren't we, given how this pandemic is spreading...then you may as well be here at the Lake!

Plenty of snuggle time, birthday sundaes and Mac themed Pay Attention Dumb Ass. Perfect. Thank you for the chocolate sauce, Nana!

Back at Roberts HQ, sporting new bday gifts and just plain looking cool. This is 10!

Where it all began - Mac, day 2:

And then, a couple days later. Poof. Two weeks at the cabin - gone! Return journey- full of smiles:)

New Year's 2020

 Fireman preps the marshmallow roasting pit.

Mac got to practice triggering a bear flare. Our version of fire works!

Moss Man 2

 The snow held him back, but then Moss Man was back at it again with the two-a-day harvesting.

Biking

 Chi off to Duncan for driving lessons made for a good push to get out and ride at cobble hill. It was not dry, even if this rare glimpse of sun came out for the bike wash.

Rocket is the best trail dog EVER! Finds the shortcuts and always waits.

Rocket loved the rides...waiting at the end, not so much-

Paddling

 

Asked kids to stay together with us. They left Chi and I for the sharks. 

Hiking

 The snow melted away, and we hiked further into the woods!

Rocket was in heaven, and so were we!

Christmas Eve Dip

 Savvy was in first with a classic jump. Then Dob, being Dob. Then Mac with a flip.

For the record, Chi and I were in for New Year's Eve, and yes, Savvy, Mac and Dob were back in on New Year's Day!
