The Jelly fish sting is on Dob's bicep...the one he is relaxing and not straining to flex, at all. This is after several days of treatment.
My favourite pic of the trip so far.

Kids Camp, Swimming Academy, Football Academy...the Girl is Busy!
She was the youngest and the only girl at the football academy, but once she saw Jason her Coach on stage, dancing to I 5 Live, she was hooked.
Can't beat 2:1, teacher to student. A lucky time slot, I think. Front crawl is coming along.

99 Steps
That's what it takes to get from our flat to the beautiful beach. Pretty nice.
We paid an extra £50/week for our place this year to upgrade to "supreme" status. Not sure what I was expecting...maybe for £50, we'd go from 2 stars to 5?
It turns out that the money buys you a gate to your patio. C'est tout.
And to keep the young one in, it's worth every penny!

Underwater Boy
We contemplated Goggle Man, and First Choice Lad, but settled on Underwater Boy...for this is what he is best at, and this is what he loves.
Lanzarote: Boat-with-slide+beach+sun=Muchos Fun
Dob swimming in from our morning snorkel. Gone everyday now, but Dob got hit hard by a jelly fish today. Yuck. It's put me off a touch.
Chilling in the sand
"But are you really going to catch me Dad?"
Boy on the boat
Boy off the boat
Our sand pictures are amazing!
I know.
I know.
We're awesome.

The Bridge of Allan Slums
One hundred and forty year old historical site of beauty with stables in the back and a u-shaped driveway for horse and carriage
...or...
developing nation slum village?
Yes, these pictures are taken on site at our B listed property. And the pics don't even show the power cable hanging from the main flat, across the courtyard to the upper shanty town... Super handy when you're trying to sell your flat (but also a key reason for selling the flat)!

Glencoe MacAvalanche 2012
Some pics of Dob's race weekend in Glencoe. They had better weather on the mountains than I did in Birmingham and than Auntie Andrea and Jess did in the Bridge watching the Team Robert Junior Squad. ("Savvy - what was your favourite part of your weekend with Aunt and Cousin?" Sav: "The earrings. The earrings. The cake. And the earrings.")
Heading up for qualifiers (no chopper ride this year)
Start of the race
The eve of the finals - catting through the race plan
MegaDob on his way down - not totally chuffed with his time, fitness, or crash number...but he had fun just the same.
(Thanks everyone, for the quality pics!)
