Savvy had her first ballet show yesterday at the Macrobert Mainhouse (460 seats, full!).  She really loved every minute.
As we've opted out of the £20 dvd and £8 photos, enjoy some of our post show pics outside.  Plus ice cream, of course. (There was no way we were getting out of buying the show costume!)

X Marks the Spot

She looks kind of sweet. (This is Sav yesterday on "dress down day" for sports relief.  She was distraught.  "Dress down!? Trackies?"  She packed a dress in her bag, of course, "just in case".)

But don't be fooled.  P-ed off at being told to go to her room after cheeky behaviour, she pulled out the markers.  We've already been through the drawing-on-walls ordeal, but carpet!?

Glen thinks this X marks the spot where Sav is going to burry me when she's done with me!

 

Sav on her new wheels - 20 inches - up from 14. Gears included.

 

Glentress Day One

 

Head torches were a hit inside and outside the wigwams.

Kids were asked to collect wood for the fire...

 

Small tree was a no go, so they went bigger (?).

Food was yuck at the new cafe (water ok though).  Bring back the Hub.

Glentress - Day Two

Morning frost (a serious chill) but we were cosy inside.

The boy is OFF. He can walk. ish.

Face plant bruising.

Leave this boy beside a bike and he'll play and spin and giggle.

Had to leave the boy sleeping in his backpack while I was out filming the rest of the crew.

A perfect record

Glen has recently taken up Krav Maga - Israeli street fighting http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krav_Maga.

So far he has a perfect record in his fights.  He's had the cr@p kicked out of him by:

-An overweight old man
-A heavy smoker
-A twiggy girl and
-A teenage boy

By the sounds of it, I don't see any chance of putting a mark on the scoreboard soon, so the perfect record might sustain for a while.

Robbie: Three years of hard work.

London Olympic Trials

Five on the team so far. Camon' Scots.
A few more days to go and then there's the back up selection meet in June. Could get as many as 8 for the Games. Maybe more like 7...we'll see what happens tonight!
