Glen joins her at 11m on the self belay system.
Mac gets a taste.

Nonno Rescues Me in Caravanland…twice!
Christmas morning: The shower at Nonno's fades to cold. Nonno rushes to my rescue and changes the propane tank double quick. (No pic:)
Christmas night: A chilly night at Barbara and George's where we are staying (here is a pic of me getting ready for sleep). Heat won't come on. Nonno comes over in stormy weather to have a look and realises it's the propane. He changes B&G's tank and the warmth comes quickly.
I am assured that this rarely happens, so a bit surprised that it happened to me twice in one day - Christmas day, no less. Message from Santa?
Thank you to Barbara and George for a great stay in your lovely home away from home.

Savvy's Nursery Christmas Carol Concert
Savvy is in a black jumper and a red tartan skirt, about 6 from the left. Great to see Malcolm in the pic on the far left. He and Kirsty have been fantastic for Savvy since she started at her nursery on the hill almost two years ago.
Glen gets into the church spirit at the concert (caught mid clap). This is pre hand foot and mouth disease for Mac...just catching up now that I'm off work for over a week:)Wee Guy's Not Well
Still cute as a button in Nonno's peak cap, but not well with Hand Foot and Mouth disease. Been rough for a few days but at last the spotty hideous rash on his face and bum is easing (yes, this is it looking better). Lovely to skype Nana just now. Merry Christmas to Team Canada and Team Japan from Team Scotland and Team Kendal. xx
Merry Christmas
Lovely to be in Kendal over Christmas. Looking for the rain to turn to snow. But, more importantly, looking for Santa. Reindeer glitter dust to help with a safe landing to be sprinkled on Nonno's drive shortly.

Kids Who Climb
We found out Savvy was allowed on the rock climbing wall at the local community centre. Glen took her on the weekend and she loved it. To the top, she went (11m).
Meanwhile, although Mac is still cruising from furniture item to item with his "walking" -not even freestanding yet- he too can climb to great heights. We discovered this by accident when he summited the 6 foot ladder in our living room unsupervised. Ooops. Now we let him play about on this mini ladder, but keep the tall one hidden.
