Anyone who has poo poo-ed carbs has obviously not used a panasonic sd255. It's amazing. We recently watched a lecture on the rubbish that goes into store bought bread, including heaps of enzymes to make it last longer, and the bottom of the barrel wheat (with the good stuff going to animal feed since they have regulations in place on the quality of wheat for cattle and none for humans). Anyway, now we know exactly what goes into each loaf and it's fresh at home with no carbon used for transport.
Savvy enjoys a toastie in the pic below, and then feeds some to baby and bear.
Last pic is unrelated but I feel it important to demonstrate Savvy's slow pace walking home from nursery. Many driveways to inspect and lie on. No stone goes unshaken, unturned, or unthrown...

The Alloa Leisure Bowl
After about 10 epic shots down the slide, Savvy finally told us "no mo. no mo." Pretty hard core.
First snow of the season, first snow for savvy
The inaugural snow ball being passed to the uncertain Savvy. She didn't last long before she asked to be airborne for safety (shopping bag in hand, of course).
William fared better, snow angel-ing, hiding, forging, and foraging.
The walk complete with eggs on toast and hot chocolate for Gilly and I over lunch. A lovely day.
